Horrible Bosses 2 Trailer

Okay so the first trailer was awful, but this trailer was a real trailer. It actually showed the entire cast with good, fresh, ideas. I said good, not great because it was a little disappointing and I hope the movie will be better than the trailer, so I would give the trailer 3 months ago a D, and this trailer
Trailer Rating: B-

Taken 3 Trailer

Well, the Taken 3 trailer finally came out today, and it was very satisfying. I would say this is the best trailer of 2015, except maybe for kingsman trailer #2. I never saw Taken 2 because of the bad ratings, but Taken was a good movie. I heard that taken 2 was unoriginal and took too much from the great kindanpping idea from the first movie, so it seemed great when Liam Neeson said he would only do it if no one got taken. Even with that terrible plot element gone, Taken 3 didn't look that good because Liam Neeson action movies haven't been very successful since Taken (I really enjoyed Non-Stop though). This time, they frame a murder on Neeson (Bryan Mills) and it becomes more a fugitive kind of movie, which it looks like the action comes from Neeson hunting down those responsible for framing him. We already have the great Liam Neeson who makes any movie better, but the addition of Forrest Whitaker to a dull cast should bring acting performances up and in the trailer it looked like he played an agent hunting down Neeson. If it goes well, Taken 3 could turn out like the fugitive, where Tommy Lee Jones and Harrison Ford worked perfectly, and become the best Taken. Just watch the trailer to see what I mean. Rating the better 2014 Movie Trailers

22 Jump Street (International Trailer)

All the trailers for this movie started out bad, but they finally got right in May with a green band trailer. Trailer Rating: B+

X-Men: Days of Future Past (Trailer #3)

Everyone liked the first trailer of X-Men: Days of Future Past. I didn't. It was basically a slideshow of characters with brief dialogue and music. The second trailer didn't improve much upon that. But the third trailer was the best trailer of all time. Trailer Rating: A+

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes (Official Trailer)

The first trailer was more of a teaser, and if they made a trailer after this one, it wasn't noticeable enough. This trailer was perfect. It showed a preview to excellent acting, great effects, and it looked like there was going to be a lot of action. This trailer also had good music. Trailer Rating: A

Captain America: The Winter Soldier (Trailer #1)

This trailer promised us plenty of action and great villians. Trailer Rating: B

Pompeii (Official Trailer)

This trailer was great. It set expectations for good acting, adventure, action, and history. It seemed like a very epic movie. Unfortunately, the trailer was far better than the movie and this is the worst movie on the list. Trailer Rating: A

Neighbors (Trailer #3)

This trailer showed us a funny movie that I still want to see. Trailer Rating: B+

Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit (Official Trailer)*

It looked like an intelligent, well-acted, mystery-thriller that would top all other Jack Ryans.
Trailer Rating: A-

Bad Words

Looked hilarious and a great directorial debut.
Trailer Rating: B+

Transformers: Age of Extinction (Trailer #2)

Trailer Rating: B

2014 Movies So Far

A Ranking of All the 2014 Movies I've Already seen

I only watch a movie in theaters when I really want to see it. I've seen 24 movies released in 2014, the latest released: Guardians of the Galaxy on Aug 1, and the earliest release(s) I haven't seen are neighbors and chef on may 9. I think 2014 is a great year, but there are a few movies on this list that are just awful. And of course I'll make a new list when I've seen more.

24. Locke (Theaters: April 25, DVD: August 12)

I'm not going to write anything for plenty of the movies on here, but Locke was exceptionally awful. I excepted a mystery-thriller movie that would be very engaging. Instead I got a irrelevant and boring movie. If you haven't seen it yet, you should know that it has nothing to do with anything and nothing happens in the movie. It's one and half boring hours out of some random's loser life. It would have been more exciting if we saw more characters, but no, we get to watch one guy the whole movie. It worked in buried (2010) because things actually happened in the movie, and those things dealt with life and death, so it made buried a very good mystery thriller with a terrible ending. In Locke, they could have made his family get taken hostage, and his had to negotiate with the criminals who took her or something along the lines. But instead they make the movie about him getting fired, having an affair, and talking to his wife and kids. I'm not saying it's a bad idea to these ideas in a movie, but to make the entire plot about calling people on his phone is just insane. Tom Hardy gave a great performance but his character was very unlikable. If the movie already sucks, it doesn't help you if the main character sucks too. Do you understand why Locke is my 5th least favorite movie of all time? And I also need to call bulls**t on ew for giving this an A.

23. The Monuments Men (Theaters: February 7, DVD: May 20)

I'm just going to say I had high expectations of this movie because of the brilliant casting, director, and plot and it turned out to be very boring.

22. Divergent (Theaters: March 21, DVD: August 5)

I had crappy expectations for this movie, but I didn't think it was going to be bad. Crappy acting, lame characters, boring plot (that's book, so I guess you cant make fun of the movie for that), awful score, female action lead (I would say from the book, but she was good in the book and the movie didn't convert it) and so many awful, random actors make me call bulls**t on ew for giving this a B+. X-Men: DOFP also got a B+. Were they on drugs or something?

21. Transcendence (Theaters: April 18, DVD: July 22)

I wouldn't call transcendence bad, unlike the last three movies. But you not it's not a good sign when you have a cast of Johnny Depp, Morgan Freeman, and Paul Bettany and Cillian Murphy is my favorite character. Not really paul bettany, but Johnny Depp and Morgan Freeman are supposed to have good characters.

20. Veronica Mars (Theaters: March 14, DVD: May 6)

There are no more movies in this list that I would call bad. But the only good thing in this movie was the James Franco cameo. I can't remember why I ever wanted to watch this or anything about this forgettable movie, but at least I know now not to watch the show.

19. Pompeii (Theaters: February 21, DVD: May 21)

The trailer for Pompeii had to be one of the greatest trailer I had ever seen. It looked like the next gladiator (I personally didn't care for gladatior, but with that kind of audience ratings). It didn't at all live up to its epic trailer and was a disappointment of the highest level. It did have a few good to great moments but it could have been so much better.

18. Lone Survivor (Theaters: January 10, DVD: June 3)

Again, another instantly forgettable film that I completely regret watching. The good things in this one would be Mark Wahlberg, and the shootouts.

17. Lucy (Theaters: July 25, DVD: Not Announced)

This is the first movie on this list that I saw in theaters (on opening day) and the first movie that isn't released on dvd yet. It had a few cool moments, but it was a really weird movie that could have been so much better.

16. Noah (Theaters: March 28, DVD: July 29)

Again, another movie not living up to its expectations.

15. The Amazing Spider-Man (Theaters: May 2, DVD: August 19)

The villains sucked, the score sucked and so many other things sucked to make this the worst Spiderman. There were a few likeable things and I would say I like it, but it needs so much improvement. My most disappointing movie of the year. Watched this one in theaters.

14. A Million Ways to Die In the West (Theaters: May 30, DVD: October 7)

A great cast. great directing, funny, good plot, good setting, and a great django cameo make it hard to remember any bad things about this movie.

13. The Lego Movie (Theaters: February 7, DVD: June 17)

It was good, but disappointing. I just hope How to Train Your Dragon 2 is better.

12. The Grand Budapest Hotel (Theaters: March 7, DVD: June 17)

Good cast, and funnier than I expected.

11. Bad Words (Theaters: March 14, DVD: July 8)

Funny, and a great performance and directing by Jason Bateman.

10. Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit (Theaters: January 17, DVD: June 10)

It wasn't as good as I expected, but it was thrilling, had a great cast, and was by far the best Jack Ryan yet. But it took 6 long months to come out on dvd. Absurd!

9. Hercules (Theaters: July 25, DVD: November 4)

Great action, and good dialogue. Had good end credits, and was very enjoyable. Saw this one in theaters on opening day.

8. Captain America: The Winter Soldier (Theaters: April 4, DVD: September 9)

Was a good movie, with good action, but also (like Amazing Spiderman 2) a very disappointing movie. Saw this one in theaters on opening weekend.

7. Transformers: Age of Extinction (Theaters: June 27, DVD: September 30)

Much better casting, setting, and action make this the best transformers yet. Watched this in theaters on opening weekend.

6. Non-Stop (Theaters: February 28, DVD: June 10)

Such a great mystery-thriller, this movie reminded me how great Liam Neeson is.

5. Dawn of the Planet of the Apes (Theaters: July 11, DVD: Still Unannounced)

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes was a little on the disappointing side, but great performances from Jason Clarke and Andy Serkis, plus the greatest effects of the year easily made up for it. Watched this in theaters.

4. Edge of Tomorrow (Theaters: June 6, DVD: October 7)

Tom Cruise is my favorite actor, and when I saw the first trailer I was disappointed he was going to make another bad movie like Oblivion. I was wrong and this movie was incredibly great. Sometimes Rotten Tomatoes gives awful ratings, but I want to quote what they said here "Gripping, well-acted, funny, and clever, Edge of Tomorrow offers entertaining proof that Tom Cruise is still more than capable of shouldering the weight of a blockbuster action thriller" and I couldn't agree more. Unfortunately, it has the ugliest DVD and Blu-ray cover of the year. and possibly ever. Watched this in theaters on opening weekend.

3. X-Men: Days of Future Past (Theaters: May 23, DVD: October 14)

This was also a little on the disappointing side but great acting, comedic tone, great action, and pure enjoyment made up for it. Watched it in theaters on opening weekend.

2. Guardians of the Galaxy (Theaters: August 1, DVD: December 9)

Great action, characters, setting, comedy, acting, music, after credits scene made this movie the surprise hit of the summer. Watched in theaters on opening weekend.

1. 22 Jump Street (Theaters: June 13, DVD: November 18)

This is my favorite movie of all time for obvious reasons. Saw in theaters on opening weekend.

Ranking 29 Modern Marvel Movies- Worst to Best

29. Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance (2012)

I think everyone reading this list will have at least one thing in common: that Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance was a terrible movie. Not only terrible acting, characters, and story, this movie was also extremely boring, something very rare for a superhero movie. It was so boring I skipped the 2nd half of the movie (or most of it). Normally I would love a Nicolas Cage and Idris Elba movie, but for this I can make an exception. It did damage to both of their careers, and I wish this movie was never made.

28. Elektra (2005)

95% percent of time (in my opinion), action movies with a female lead don't work. This definitely didn't either. was a lame superhero and the movie had a terrible cast. The action was crappy and I just wanted it to end. I wouldn't call it boring, so points for that. But this was just another spinoff that never should have been made.

27. Ghost Rider (2007)

The only advantage over the sequel, was that this movie was incredibly boring, and we didn't already know Ghost Rider was bad. If anything, it looked good.

26. Hulk (2003)

This movie did the unthinkable, it made superhero movies boring. Eric Bana wasn't a very good fit, the villain was weird and barely showed up, but it did have great action. Wait a minute... there was no action. In my opinion this is the second least action packed superhero movie (after superman returns) when it should be filled with great action. At least we got an improvement five years later.

25. The Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007)

This sequel had all the faults from the first one, but no improvements. The mummy franchise showed us that returning the villain for the second movie is not a recipe for success, and they had to do that here. Also, the silver surfer was a boring, crappy character that did not to be added to this. And who the hell played him? As much as I can remember, Chris Evans took all the superpowers and did all the work, and that is not a good idea when you have 4 superheroes to save the world.

24. X-Men: The Last Stand (2006)

After seeing the first two great X-Men movies, I was excited to see the third. Then X-Men: The Last Stand turned out to be to be a terrible mess where pretty much all the characters you love did for no reason and Phoenix goes insane and turns to a freak. Maybe if they didn't switch Bryan Singer for guy who clearly can't make great movie, X-Men: The Last Stand and Superman Returns may have turned out okay.

23. Daredevil (2003)

Let's get this straight, Ben Affleck does not belong in action movies, and he definitely does not belong in a superhero movie. While I thought Michael Clarke and Colin Farrell were good villains, the heroes were just terrible and it was completely unrealistic. I know it's a sci-fi/fantasy film and its going to be unrealistic, but Daredevil never got the power to jump backwards across buildings and he definitely should been killed by the glass. Who directed this? Oh, right. The guy from Ghost Rider. Dosen't that make a lot of sense?

22. Fantastic Four (2005)

Sure, it had its flaws, but great things like chris evans and power origin story make this the first movie on the list where I can say "I'm glad this movie was made."

21. The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014)

Sure, it was the worst Spiderman and the most disappointing Superhero movie ever made (in my opinion, I mean the trailer looked amazing), but I thought it was decent movie. Sure, Dane DeHaan didn't belong in the movie (or movies altogether), and Jamie Foxx was completely wasted. Rhino was okay, but we never saw any of him. When I think about it, I remember great acting from Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone, good action(not great), and good effects. I haven't seen this movie a second time, but I look forward to it.

20. Spider-Man 3 (2007)

We all know what's wrong with Spiderman 3. Overabundance of villains, creepy Peter, and much more. But this movie was very interesting.

19. X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009)

I enjoyed this movie, and I don't know why others don't. It has a good cast: Hugh Jackman returning as wolverine, Live Schreiber who acted so greatly, Ryan Reynolds was awesome and I wish I saw more of him, and Dominic Monaghan finally getting another recognizable roles besides his roles from Lord of the Rings and Lost. It had good action and a very interesting story. The effects were sh*t, but I enjoyed it and think this a criminally underated movie.

18. Thor (2011)

I really liked Thor the first time, but when I watch it again and again, I can see that it lacks great action, great characters, or a great villain. I know Loki's great, but he did not appear so in this film. This is the worst Marvel Cinematic Universe film, and unlike the last few entries, this one is very overrated.

17. The Incredible Hulk (2008)

Lets compare this to Hulk (2003), Edward Norton was much better, it was interesting, and had good action, especially in the last scene. While it wasn't a great film, it was a huge improvement.

16. The Wolverine (2013)

This movie had good action, a very interesting story, and Wolverine was just awesome. I know it not an excellent movie, but it is very underrated.

15. Iron Man 2 (2010)

You know the bad things about this movie, but Justin Hammer, Whiplash, Black Widow, and War Machine were all great additions to the movie.

14. Spider-Man (2002)

13. Spider-Man 2 (2004)

12. Iron Man (2008)

Most people put the first film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe around 4 or 5 in their list, but I'm putting it at 12. Robert Downey Jr. was amazing but this movie had the worst villians of the iron man trilogy and they put too much time into the Gulmira scene. I did love the part where he keeps building and improving upon the Iron Man suit.

11. Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014)

I was looking forward to this film for a long time, and it really disappointed me. The setting was boring, I didn't care for the story, it lacked the adventure of the first film, I liked the supporting characters less, and the villain wasn't as great. But the action was excellent, and this was a very thrilling movie. A little overrated though.

10. X2: X-Men United (2003)

9. X-Men (2000)

I really like this movie, but it had an old and lame feel to it.

8. Thor: The Dark World (2013)

Unlike the first one, this movie had great acting (the first one was good, but not as good), great action, a very compelling story, and great villain. Just kidding about the villain.... Malkeith sucked. Loki was awesome and the ending was great.

7. Iron Man 3 (2013)

The conclusion to the Iron Man 3 brought cool new suits, a great villain, great action, and really set itself away from the other iron man films. The twist was terrible, but I can easily forgive it thanks to the rest of the movie. No offense to Jon Favreau, but Shane Black did a better job.

6. X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014)

This movie was a little disappointing, but it was too good for me to care. Amazing action sequences, great dialogue, cool setting, and an awesome story. Superhero films don't get much better than this. (Except for the next five)

5. The Amazing Spider-Man (2012)

Andrew Garfield was so much better than Tobey Maguire, and it had the humor a spiderman movie should have. The villain was awful, and the action lacked, but everything else made up for it.

4. X-Men: First Class (2011)

The transfer of roles (Professor X., Magneto) to younger actors was an excellent decision, because it brought the movie great acting and action.

3. Captain America: The First Avenger (2011)

This movie was so fun and awesome, with a really great story.

2. Guardians of the Galaxy (2014)

This movie was great, funny, action packed, and filled with great acting and even better characters. Every moment of this film was golden, and I can't say there were any flaws.

1. The Avengers (2012)

The movie was amazing because the idea of the all those great superheroes together in one movie was excellent. Mark Ruffalo played a great hulk, Jeremy Renner was a great Hawkeye, the last action scene was breathtaking, and there are so many other reasons this is at the top of the list.

Ranking the 32 Mario Kart Wii Courses

I like most of these courses, so don't think I hate it if I didn't place it well.

32. DS Desert Hills (Leaf Cup)

This course just sucks. There's nothing great about it, and the sharp turns and annoying fire-things make it even worse.

31. SNES Mario Circuit 3 (Lightning Cup)

This course is by far the worst Mario course. Its design is ugly and the turns are unoriginal.

30. Dry Dry Ruins (Special Cup)

Similar to DS Desert Hills, this course is slightly better because you get to go in a cave which made it more interesting.

29. Wario's Gold Mine (Flower Cup)

The only bad course in the great flower cup, Wario's gold mine is much too difficult and annoying. It is much too easy to fall of the cliff, or get hit by mine carts or bats. This course makes it difficult to succeed in the flower cup. It is very original though, so I give credit to the course for that.

28. GCN Waluigi Stadium (Banana Cup)

I wouldn't call this course bad, and the difficult here makes it better, but there is nothing likeable about Waluigi Stadium.

27. MooMoo Meadows (Mushroom Cup)

26. Moonview Highway (Special Cup)

25. Daisy Circuit (Star Cup)

24. DS Yoshi Falls (Shell Cup)

Its not a bad course, but it is too short.

23. N64 Bowser's Castle (Lightning Cup)

This course it just too difficult.

22. DS Peach Gardens (Lightning Cup)

Very interesting and cool turns on this course.

21. GCN Mario Circuit (Leaf Cup)

The tunnel, the chain dog, the goombas, and the piranhas all make this a great course.

20. Luigi Circuit (Mushroom Cup)

I like this course because it is one of the only courses with absolutely no obstacles  except the people you are racing.

19. DS Delfino Square (Banana Cup)

Very unique course. Great turns.

18. GBA Shy Guy Beach (Banana Cup)

17. GCN Peach Beach (Shell Cup)

16. N64 Mario Raceway (Shell Cup)

Another course with no obstacles.

15. Maple Treeway (Star Cup)

I don't like this course that much but it has such an interesting design and is very original.

14. Grumble Volcano (Star Cup)

Also a very original course.

13. SNES Ghost Valley 2 (Shell Cup)

12. Rainbow Road (Special Cup)

11. Mario Circuit (Flower Cup)

10. Toad's Factory (Mushroom Cup)

This course has so many neat and interesting obstacles that make it all the more fun.

9. GCN DK Mountain (Lightning Cup)

8. N64 DK's Jungle Parkway (Leaf Cup)

7. Bowser's Castle (Special Cup)

6. Mushroom Gorge (Mushroom Cup)

Bouncing on mushrooms is just awesome.

5. GBA Bowser Castle 3 (Leaf Cup)

Another level with great, fun, obstacles.

4. DK Summit (Flower Cup)

Very original to add snow to a course.

3. Koopa Cape (Star Cup)

Cool water level.

2. N64 Sherbet Land (Banana Cup)

1. Coconut Mall (Flower Cup)

Completely different than any other course, wandering through a mall could never be more fun. Good music too.

Top 10 Best Lost Characters

Honorable Mentions:
Kate Austen (Evangeline Lilly) (108 Episodes)
Frank Lapidus (Jeff Fahey) (29 Episodes)
Charlie Pace (Dominic Monaghan) (65 Episodes)

10. Sayid Jarrah  Played by: Naveen Andrews (98 Episodes)

Sayid was really helpful, nice, and you knew he would never turn evil. He was always that cool in all of the seasons, except 6. Season 6 destroyed his character.

9. Richard Alpert  Played by: Nestor Carbonell (30 Episodes)

When he was first introduced, he wasn't in many episodes and I felt like he could be a great character if he was more important. Fortunately, Lost decided to make him more important and it made the show greater. Also, now when I watch the Dark Knight and the Dark Knight Rises, I think "its that guy from lost".

8. Jin Kwon  Played by: Daniel Dae Kim (92 Episodes)

Jin was a little annoying at first, but after he learned English and stopped being a Jerk, he was a really cool character.

7. Miles Straume  Played by: Ken Leung (35 Episodes)

Miles brought a lot to the show, especially because his flashbacks weren't boring and he had a really cool ability that can only exist in fantasy.

6. Hugo "Hurley" Reyes  Played by: Jorge Garcia (107 Episodes)

Hurley was the only character on the show who never made me hate him temporarily.

5. Desmond Hume  Played by: Henry Ian Cusick (46 Episodes)

It was really cool how Desmond didn't really belong in any of the groups in the island, and how he ended up being so important to the plot. He also had a much cooler ability than Miles did.

4. John Locke  Played by: Terry O'Quinn (101 Episodes)

John Locke would be number 2 on this list, if it wasn't for season 6.

3. Ben Linus  Played by: Michael Emerson (61 Episodes)

I didn't like Ben when he was the villain, but when he became an Anti-Hero he was awesome. And he was so smart.

2. James "Sawyer" Ford  Played by: Josh Holloway (104 Episodes)

Sawyer, in my opinion, is the most underrated TV character ever. Whenever I look at best lost characters, or Lost actors who won awards, the characters I think are great are called great, except Sawyer. Sawyer was awesome and he doesn't get the recognition he deserves.

1. Jack Shephard   Played by: Matthew Fox  (113 Episodes)

Jack was bad in season 3, but he was really cool in the other seasons and he made a great action hero and was portrayed greatly by Matthew Fox.

Ranking the Seasons of Lost: Worst to Best

6. Season 6

Season 6 was so awful, and for once I couldn't wait until I finished lost. It had a good pilot, but that was pretty much it. This season almost ruined lost. There were so many unnecessary character deaths that me made me sad, and mad because there was no reason for them to die. The flash-sideways were a terrible idea and even worse then the flashbacks. Boring crappy characters that I never wanted to know and had no importance were introduced. And worse of all, season 6 ruined John Locke.

5. Season 1

Even though it is second to last on my list, I really liked season one. Seasons 1-4 seemed really similar, in how much I liked them. Seasons 5-6 were very different. Season 1 had good ideas like we're not alone, and the Ethan situation.

4. Season 4

Season 4's main good idea was the helicopter people arriving, and the great characters that were introduced with that.

3. Season 3

Season 3 showed us the others, which may of been the greatest thing in Lost. Plus, Ben Linus is awesome.

2. Season 2

Season 2  was all about the hatch and Ben Linus. They made some really good episodes out of that.

1. Season 5

Season 5 of lost was so great. It started out excellent with the new concept of time travel. It stayed great with all of the good Dharma Initiative episodes. And instead of putting in boring flashbacks, they showed the life of the people off the island which was really exciting. If only it had ended there.

Top 10 Worst Lost Episodes

Dishonorable Mentions:
(S2, E1) Man of Science, Man of Faith   Imdb: 9.2
(S3, E14) Exposé   Imdb: 8.0

10. Tabula Rasa  (S1, E3)   Imdb: 8.6

9. Outlaws (S1, E16)  Imdb: 8.7

8. One of Them (S2, E14) Imdb: 8.7

7. Solitary (S1, E9) Imdb: 8.6

6. The Last Recruit (S6, E13) Imdb: 8.1

Really boring Flash- Sideways

5. The Candidate (S6, E14) Imdb: 8.8

Continued to destroy the great character of John Locke, and had really boring flash-sideways.

4. Raised by Another (S1, E10) Imdb: 8.8

Claire would not shut up about her stupid baby the entire episode and it really annoyed. And boring flash-backs about her stupid baby.

3. The Cost of Living (S3, E5) Imdb: 8.2

Really boring episode based on minor, crappy character (Mr. Eko) accompanied by really boring Mr. Eko flashbacks.

2. The Other 48 Days (S2, E7) Imdb: 9.0

Based on the tail section survivors, who no cared about and this episode didn't even show any of the good characters in the show. At least there was no boring flashbacks.

1. Across the Sea (S6, E15) Imdb: 8.0

This is the only episode of lost where I skipped parts of the episode. I can understand a few bad episodes, like the rest of the list, but this is by far the worst lost episode. It is the backstory of two extremely boring, loser characters. This episode was completely irrelevant and should be erased from lost. This is the only truly terrible episode of Lost.

Top 10 Best Lost Episodes

Honorable Mentions:
