Movie Time: 2017

A while back, I ranked the 32 courses for the wii. Mario kart was an extremely enjoyable experience on the wii, and while I haven't yet matched that level of enthusiasm, skill or amount of time I'm finally back to Mario kart after a 3+ year absence, this time in the form of Mario Kart 7 for the 3DS
(I have a 2DS). I've played the game enough to get a sense of which courses are good and which aren't, so here is my ranking below.
